Refund and Cancellation Policies - Please Read in entirety

 

Small Parts Orders (DOES NOT include engine builds)

All returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, including all paperwork and instructions. If you return a product to Thompson Motorsports without all parts included in the original package, Thompson Motorsports retains the right to refuse the refund of the item in question. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for proper inspection, processing, and refunds to be issued. Please note; we will release your funds as soon as the return process is completed, but your financial institution can hold funds for 1-5 business days after we release them. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is not the responsibility of Thompson Motorsports. This policy DOES NOT apply to custom order parts or electrical parts. All custom order or electrical parts are final. 

All shipments need to be opened within 3 days of delivery to confirm contents of goods.  Any concerns after 3 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of Thompson Motorsports. All returns must be processed within 30 days, after 30 days no returns or refunds will be made. 

All approved returns will be charged a 25% processing and restocking fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. All cancellations before being shipped will be charged a 10% processing fee if not cancelled the same day of the purchase. 

 

Engine Builds

All engine builds are final and there are no returns or refunds.

DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPMENT IF DAMAGED. IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED AND IS SIGNED FOR BY ANYONE INCLUDING THE PURCHASER OR RECEIVER (DESIGNATED OR NOT) YOU THE PURCHASER ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT IN THE CURRENT CONDITION. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT AND ACCEPTED AT THE RECEIVING END. ALWAYS DECLINE SHIPMENT IF IN QUESTION! Cancellation of Engine Build

You may cancel your order the same day the order is placed at no charge. This is not a 24 hour time period, same day cancellation is considered the same calendar day during business hours. Next day or cancellations prior to the engine being shipped will incur a 25% cancellation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Professional Installation Required

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED ON ALL PARTS AND MOTORS. We sell racing components, not direct replacements. When changing from one product to another, that was not originally designed to be in your vehicle, minor/major changes may need to be made. If you are not capable STOP and find a professional. We have a list of installers nationwide that can handle your needs. There's no possible way for us to include all things you can come across when installing racing parts or motors. Therefore if you are not able to work around changes please find someone who is capable.
