Contiguous U.S. Freight Shipping
Shipping for engines ordered online will come with economy freight shipping. If priority or any other type of shipping is needed please call for pricing. All motors will come in an approved wooden crate. Shipping charges are non refundable. If the package arrives damaged, do not accept it. If you accept the damaged package then you accept it in its present condition and accept sole responsibility for any repair remedies or claims that must be filed or completed.
Non Contiguous and International Freight Shipping
You must call or email to arrange shipping outside of the continental U.S. Thompson Motorsports can arrange shipping for you, however you will be solely responsible for all customs and other fees getting it into the country. If you need assistance, it can be arranged through the freight company for an extra expense.Â
Bill of Lading Instructions
In the event that you are returning freight to Thompson Motorsports using our account, we will provide you with a Bill of Lading PDF through email. Print three copies, attach one to the crate, and have the driver sign the other two. The driver will take one and you keep one for your records.
Tracking Numbers
Due to fraud and re-directed shipments in the past, we DO NOT provide you with any tracking information on your engine purchase. If you have any questions about tracking please give us a call at 972-853-2450 or email the associate who you are in contact with.
In-Store Pickup
We can easily accommodate you if you want to come pick up your order. An engine stand is required for customer pickup, This will allow your motor to sit off of the ground but will not protect the outside of the product in transit. A crate is available for purchase as well if you want full protection. You must provide your own equipment for securing the engine in your vehicle. If you need to pick up your order on the weekend please call ahead of time so we can ensure that an employee is here to assist you as all weekend pick up and deliveries are by appointment only and not always guaranteed on a particular day.
